At intensity doctrine striving to make dreams become reality is the standard. Training with purpose, precision, and effort are the main principles carried here. You can expect maximum results here as you learn to settle for nothing but greatness.
Intensity Doctrine derives its training philosophy from the legendary bodybuilder Mike Mentzer.
Every set and every rep matters. At the end of the day, we don’t want our clients wasting energy on fluff or aimless volume. Everything we do is calculated — efficient, intense, and purpose-driven.
We believe in low volume, high output. We train hard, not long. We prioritize form, mental focus, and measurable progression. Growth doesn’t come from doing more — it comes from doing what matters with intensity.
I’m Nijesan Baskaran, founder of Intensity Doctrine.
I’m a certified personal trainer (NCCPT) with over a year of coaching experience, and I’ve spent 2–3 years teaching swimming — helping people build discipline and body awareness in the water from the ground up.
I study Kinesiology at the University of Toronto, where I’ve improved my understanding of movement, performance, and recovery. I am a NCCPT certified personal trainer and I am willing to guide you whether new to lifting or stuck in a plateau, I’ll help you train smarter, push harder, and finally make your effort count.
